Tigran Ter-Esayan, Chairman of the International Union of Advocates, labelled this way the resolution, made by TV and Radio National Committee.

-“Didn’t You expect that such a decision would be made?”

-“No, it wasn’t surprise to me. But the difference between the marks was unexpected. To give two or three points to such a tender proposal was not a political decision, but insolence” .

-“What mark, do You think, did “A1+” project deserve?”

-“Rather reserved program was introduced, it was a project of years, and I think, it deserved to be a winning one”.

-“Don’t You think that alike decision will be made at the next tender?”

- “The frequency tender has turned into somewhat being ruled from above. It will be senseless of “A1+” to even present a project. “A1+” must be off air” – that’s the `order`, and the actions of the Committee were obvious from the very beginning”.
