A1+ SUIT HEARING POSTPONED
Support A1+!Economic court’s session presided by judge Chilingaryan was held on Friday to consider A1+ TV Company’s suit against Radio and Television National Commission. The company has launched a legal action against the commission demanding to present justifications for decisions made at recent tenders, according to which A1+ has been denied broadcasting license.
At today’s court hearing, A1+ presented all relevant papers. The defendant’s attorney applied to the court asking to adjourn the session in order to get time for submitting additional evidence for consideration.
The court sustained the request on postponement of the hearting. The next session is scheduled for November 26.
