The fact that Russian “Kultura” TV Channel will rebroadcast instead of the programs of Russian “NTV” TV Company in Armenia, caused various conversations.

One of the versions is that under all over control the Armenian Authorities don’t need information out of control, /“NTV” TV Company was the source of it/.

At that matter the Armenian Authorities may face an awkward situation since now negotiations are carried on in Russia concerning journalist Leonid Parfyonov, distinguishing by his extreme independence and uncontrollability who was relieved just for professionalism.

Under some information, both the First Channel /ORT/ and “Kultura” Channel wait for Parfyonov. The talks aren’t yet over and it is not known whether Parfyonov will hold any post or will make programs.
