TEACHERS LEARN
Support A1+!Regional conference on “Cooperative Learning and Integrated Curriculum” will take place from November 12 to 14 in Yerevan.
International Research & Exchanges Board, IREX, has organized it with the drafts on curriculum development and teacher training project in elementary and middle-school education. It is funded by U.S. Department of State.
During the conference American Doctors represent the privileges of cooperative learning. According to Doctor Roger Johnson from Minnesota University, in case of efficient application of that non-traditional method of training schoolchildren help each other in learning lessons. Besides, they learn studying in a group without assistance and fighting for own successes. Success of training mainly depends on teachers.
Teachers from Georgia partake in the conference, too.
