THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT BUSY WITH MONOGRAPHS
Support A1+!Gagik Haroutyunyan, president of the Constitutional Court, and Vladimir Hovhannisyan, the deputy president, have written books, at the presentation of which all the authorities of the field of justice were present today. The authors of the book represented the properties and advantages of their works in turn.
The book of the CC President is a small book named “Constitutional Culture”. “But I'm going to publish a 300-page monograph in the near future”, warned the CC President. And the book of the deputy president is called «Analogical Right of the Euro court».
In the report of the CC the presentation of the two books is also called a seminar with the theme «Intergovernmental means providing the realization of the decision of the Euro court». Akhvan Hovsepyan, the chief prosecutor, and other member s of the Justice structures were present at the presentation-seminar, except Minister David Haroutyunyan. To the question if he was invited the CC President said, «Of course we have invited him, but as far as I know he is ill».
