PUBLIC NOTARY OF VANADZOR KILLED
Support A1+!At about 11:00 a.m. today Public Notary of Vanadzor Sonya Veranyan was shot dead in her office. Our colleagues in Vanadzor TV Company «Lori» informed that the police have arrested the criminal with the weapon in his hands.
The criminal is Kamo H. Papyan (b. 1962). He has not pleaded guilty yet. Investigation is under way.
