The Sukiasyans' family has filed an action with First Instance Court of Yerevan's Avan and Nor Nork districts with a demand to rescind the documents on "Bargain of Real Estate, Personal Assets and Rights of Properties" signed between Arsen Chitchyan, a court-appointed official managing Bjni Mineral Water Plant and Armenia Royal Cigarette Company on December 25, 2009.

Deeming the bargain as invalid, the family demands that the court overturn Bjni's seizure.
