Five were deprived of licensing
This year the RA Ministry of Finance has provided 12 licenses to audit services and has denied 2 licensing applications. In the same period, the Ministry has terminated 3 licensing operations and suspended 2, while 3 licensing operations have been restored.
During the eight months of this year, according to the order prescribed by the law, the Ministry has levied a 6,722,500 drams state fine of which 6,522,500 was levied from audit organizations and 200,000 was levied from individual auditors.
Individual auditors also paid a fee worth 1,710,000 drams.
Since August 1, there are 36 licensed audit organizations and 7 licensed individual auditors in the Republic of Armenia.
