Appeal: Disclose the vandals
Armenian Human Rights Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan condemns desecration of the monument to Holocaust victims in Yerevan and urges law enforcement agencies to disclose the barbarians who perpetrated this act of vandalism, reads the Ombudsman's statement.
According to a police report, measures are being taken to track down and arrest the vandals.
