Starting from the second half of the day, "HayPost" offices started providing bonuses for receipts and led to a commotion.

Nelly Grigoryan was standing in line at the "HayPost" central office.

"I called my friends and told them that they could receive bonuses for their receipts and ran to the nearest office," Nelly Grigoryan told "A1+".

Since the line was long and the citizens and employees got into a dispute, Nelly Grigoryan tried to call other post offices.

"I called post office N15, but the employees told me that I had to register in a rude tone," said Grigroyan and rushed to post office N18 with her son. The line wasn't so long, but the employee told Nelly that they had taken the receipts and only after serving the customers would they be able to look at the new ones.

"The accumulation is due to the 20-day break, said a "HayPost" employee and took Nelly's receipts and promises to call her on Monday.

The RA State Revenue Committee informed that the government allocated the money on November 5 and citizens can receive them, but the bonuses were only given today.

The press department of the State Revenue Committee informed that "HayPost" was to blame. Head of the press service of "HayPost" CJSC Gevorg Abrahamyan told "A1+" that the postal service has already provided 550 million drams from its own budget and the sums given on November 5 were calculated in exchange for the debt and just started paying with the 100 million drams that was allocated.
