Shots fired in store
Shots were heard at a store located on Gai Street in Sisyan city two days ago, as reported by the RA Police press service.
The operative group that left for the scene found out that 38-year old Ashot M., who has been sentenced for theft before, entered the store with a 7.62 mm gun and tried to confiscate the gold items on sale and fired shots in the air after the owner and the store clerk showed resistance.
Police arrested Ashot M. and the gun has been confiscated. A criminal case has been instigated and preliminary investigation is underway.
