“Wiping” the stands
The metal kiosks placed along the interstate highway passing through Kapan are being demolished.
Out of the 53 kiosks, 20 have already been moved. The issue is being taken care of by the municipality's special commission.
The kiosks placed without permission and decisions on land allocation were registered in front of buildings #28 and #30 on Hunan Avetisyan Street.
The owners of the kiosks were notified that they could move their kiosks to parks and villas, but only two citizens received notifications.
When the municipality took the initiative, many owners tried to stop the employees.
The stands in the districts of central Kapan and the outskirts will also be wiped out.
