Rushing for pensions
Citizens have been in lines at "HayPost" divisions to receive their pensions since May 3.
"I have been standing here since 8:30 to be the first to receive my pension. I don't even know whether the newcomers will be able to receive their pensions today," said Mr. Vladimir who was standing in front of "HayPost" in Shengavit community.
Mrs. Anahit says it would be better if the pensions were given more quickly. "I have been here since this morning so I can get my pension and buy food. I haven't eaten anything and am ill. There are more clever people who are able to cut in line and get their pensions earlier."
The pensioners also said it would be better if the pension fund employees visited their homes and distributed the pensions.
Let us mention that there are 500,000 pensioners in Armenia of which 165,000 are in Yerevan.
