On Thursday, May 19, Armenian law enforcers arrested a 38-year-old citizen wanted on rape charges.

Hmayak M. was announced wanted by the Department of Internal Affairs of Ivanovo, Russia, on May 1, 2011, the press service of Armenian Police reported.
