“Tuya” thief
Yesterday police arrested 50-year old Artur H. for theft. During the summer, 22 "Tuya" trees were robbed from the front of several buildings on Halabyan Street and in the 16th district. According to the RA Police service, Artur H. has confessed.
Preliminary inquiry is underway.
