First President speaking
The "main rally" of the Armenian National Congress will take place at Freedom Square every day at 18:30, host of the rally Nikol Pashinyan announced. This means that the speeches will begin at that hour.
Speaking now is First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan. In his speech, the First President said it wasn't normal for the Armenian people to be constantly involved in politics.
According to him, the people have to be involved in politics once every five years, that is, during elections and spend the rest of their time going to operas, planting trees and building homes.
The First President noted that his speech was going to be like a lecture since the people have learned a lot at Freedom Square.
He is now speaking of Kocharyan, considering him a "faded card".
