Even though Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan is discontent with the work of educational institutions, he didn't wish to speak of that on a good day like this.

The occasion was the 12th Education and Career EXPO 2011 international exposition that was officially opened by Minister Ashotyan and Director of VivaCell-MTS Ralph Yirikian.

Students and schoolchildren can find any information about education here.

"Whereas Armenian society and youth used to face the alternative of either education or a career, now they face both education and a career. In the future, I hope that slogan will be "no career without education"," the minister said in his speech.

The exposition visitors also took short tests at the Youth Professional Orientation Center on the choice of their future professions. Armen Ashotyan also took the test and revealed that he wasn't happy for his job as minister, but for being a doctor.

The exposition gives those who have already chosen their professions the chance to continue their studies abroad. The organization presenting the German academic exchange program (DAAD) is participating in this exposition for the third year.

"As a result, 300 more students are informed about our programs," the organization's program advisor Ani Boshikyan said.

There are more than 55 companies participating in the three-day exposition.
