Prisoner dies
Prisoner Albert Rshtuni (born in 1936) died at the "Penitentiary Hospital".
"He was diagnosed with a heavy process of sugar diabetes, diabetic nephropatia, the I-II degrees of chronic kidney deficiency, ischemic heart disease, atherosclerotic cardioscleros, I-II degrees of chronic cardiovascular deficiency and a brain disease," as stated in the press release of the Ministry of Justice.
Albert Rshtuni on 27 July 2011 was sentenced to 7 years in prison by the court of general jurisdiction of Kanaker-Zeytun district under Article 104 (1) of the RA Criminal Code (murder).
Materials are being prepared and a forensic medicine examination has been scheduled.
