Injured to receive compensation
Moscow authorities will compensate all those who were injured after the explosion that took place at the Italian Pittore Restaurant.
Deputy Mayor Pyotor Biryukov has declared that Moscow will pay 1 million rubles for the victims and 500,000 rubles to each injured party.
On January 9 at around 15:00, two gas containers exploded in the kitchen of the Italian Pittore Restaurant and burned nearly 250 square meters of the restaurant. The explosion and the fire left 2 citizens dead and 32 with injuries of varying degrees.
RIA Novosti reports that, according to preliminary data, there were 5 Armenians among the injured citizens.
