Armavia might start workers’ strike
Today will determine Zvartnots Airport's pricing policy for Armavia Airlines in the future.
Last week, Armavia Airlines declared a workers' strike for an uncertain period due to the rise of prices for services set by Zvartnots Airport, and only after the trilateral meeting organized by the Chief Department of the RA Civil Aviation did flights get back on track after midday.
In its turn, Zvartnots Airport had considered the statement regarding high tariffs groundless and had mentioned that the prices were the same for Armavia.
Armavia had given the airport administration a week to revise the pricing policy, and today marks a week since that day. Armavia had threatened to start a workers' strike for an uncertain period, if its demands were not met.
