Prosecutor General’s Office doesn’t respond to rumors
The press service of the RA Prosecutor General's Office today affirmed that senior prosecutor, Head of the European Integration Department Hasmik Yengoyan on March 24 had been dismissed from office according to her appeal to start another job, particularly teaching.
As press secretary of the RA Prosecutor General's Office Sona Truzyan told "A1+", senior prosecutor Artur Ghambaryan has been appointed the new head of the European Integration Department.
Rumor has it that Hasmik Yengoyan had taken a 15,000 dollar bribe through fraud.
Sona Truzyan assured that she was hearing that from the presses and that the Prosecutor General's Office had not received any official information about that.
"There is no need to respond to rumors," said Truzyan.
