Destructive earthquake in Azerbaijan
A 5,9 magnitude earthquake struck Azerbaijan at 08:40, May 7, the National Seismic Protection Service of the Republic of Armenia reports. The epicenter was 28 km northwest of the town of Sheki at the depth of 10 km.
The force at the epicenter was 8 points. According to Azerbaijani media, the earthquake caused considerable destruction.
According to preliminary reports, magnitude 3-4 tremors were also felt in Armenia
