Mashtots Park case closed
Lawyer Hayk Alumyan today rejected the appeal filed by 7 deputies of Heritage Party in relation to the issue of Mashtots Park at the court of general jurisdiction of Shengavit district.
"Larisa Alaverdyan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Stepan Safaryan, Anahit Bakhchyan, Ruben Hakobyan and Ruben Badalyan had filed an appeal with the demand to declare Yerevan Municipality's decision as invalid. According to the decision, the stands that were demolished on Abovyan Street had to be placed in the park near Mashtots Park. The case is closed," said lawyer, Zaruhi Postanjyan's attorney Hayk Alumyan.
The trade stands were demolished after President Serzh Sargsyan assigned Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan to demolish them.
