Driver detained after accident
On September 22, at about 0.30 am, Shahen H., 22, in his Mercedes car ran down David H, 22, near Building # 12 in Margaryan Street, after which he collided with an Opel Vectra. David H. received injuries and was taken to the "Armenia" Medical Center.
After the running-down accident, Shaven H. drove to Margaryan Street's blind alley where he parked his car at Building # 4. Police found him there and detained. An investigation is underway.
