According to the preliminary data of the Central Electoral Commission, Armenian National Congress-People’s Party of Armenia (Congress-HZhK), Armenian Revival, Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian alliance, Free Democrats, Communist Party of Armenia will not enter parliament.

According to preliminary data, 60.86 percent of voters participated in the elections. The Central Electoral Committee (CEC) has published the data as of 20:00.

According to it, the Republican Party of Armenia has received 46 percent of votes, Tsarukyan alliance- 25 percent, Yelk (Way out) alliance- 10 percent, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF)- 5 percent, other parties- 2-4 percent.

At 4/19 polling station for already 20 minutes people are not able to arrange and start counting of the votes. The Head of the polling station is trying to silence everybody, but in vein.

At 20:00, at the press hall of the HHK Central headquarters (Melik-Adamyan 2), the press conference of HHK Vice President Armen Ashotyan will be held. The press conference is dedicated to the course of parliamentary elections of 2017.

84 reports on alleged electoral fraud have been filed at the Police subdivisions on the day of elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, as of 5 p.m., today.

There have been accumulations in 22/34 polling station of Gyulagarak. Following the elections in the polling station via live streaming, we have registered that the number of voters in the polling station was more than 15.

7/52 polling station is situated in “Astgik” medical center, which belongs to lawmaker’s candidate Samvel Aleksanyan. People, receiving treatment in the hospital, are voting here. Materials on double voting attempt in polling station N 23/02 were received in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

As of 14:30, 13 materials were received in the RA Investigative Committee which apparently contain crime elements of electoral right breaches envisaged by Criminal Code.

It should be noted that 10 of the above-mentioned reports have been registered in Yerevan, 2 in Lori marz, 3 in Shirak marz, 5 in Ararat, 1 in Gegharkunik and 3 in Vayots Dzor marz.

“During these elections observers have great influence on prevention of vote rigging in concrete polling stations. But the numbers show that the violations haven’t been fully withdrawn from the polling stations,” says member of the initiative Armen Grigoryan.

Other observers in the polling station alarm that there are multiple violations in the polling station- cases of open voting, directing people, cases of entering the polling booth with several people and other incidents.
