Vahagn Hovakimyan: You cannot buy volatile ink pens in shops (video)
Vahagn Hovakimyan, a proxy of the Yelk alliance, was invited to the Police on Tuesday in connection with the recount of ballots at polling station 7/51. Almost 148 of the 566 ballots cast at this polling station were recognized invalid. The recount revealed that the majority of invalid ballots were blank. When the members of the alliance examined them more closely, they discovered that the ballots had been marked; the V- shaped footprint mark was visible. They concluded that volatile ink pens had been used at the given polling station. On Tuesday evening, A1+ Company invited to Vahagn Hovakimyan to talk to him on the matter.
