NO CHANCE TO COMPLAIN IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT

The RA Government has violated a number of articles of the Orhus Convention which our country signed in 2001. This assessment was given by the Orhus corresponding committee on April 7 of the current year while investigating the application about the appropriation of the Dalma gardens.

THEY ALREADY WANT MONEY

Today the Committee Regulating Public Relations convened a session to discuss the application of the company “Yerevan Water”. According to the application, the company offers to raise the tariffs of water to 172.8 AMD instead of 125 AMD.

THE NETHERLANDS WILL GIVE MONEY TO NGOs

The Armenian NGOs which will be involved in the program “Consolidation of Human Rights” don’t contemplate over their financing. The Armenian branch of the Open Society Institute Assistance Fund (OSIAF) and the Netherlands Embassy in Tbilisi announced about the new grant 3 – month program on the “consolidation of human rights through development of abilities of the chosen NGOs.”
